Because custom garments are made to your specific measurements, we do not offer full refunds. However, we provide an alteration credit or will remake the item if there is a significant manufacturing defect.

We offer a comprehensive digital tailoring guide that walks you through the measurement process. You can also visit one of our partner tailors or submit photos for our proprietary fit analysis.
